We are an off High Street community pub with a warm, friendly atmosphere and a well earned reputation for our award winning beers and cellar. We currently stock a unique range of Youngs bottled beers and have a wine list to suit most palates and our food is well priced, plentiful and cooked to order with a good choice of meals and a large selection of curries available. Our motto is “ if it isn’t on the menu and we have it in stock, we’ll cook it for you”!!!!! We have also received a 4 star rating from our local environmental health office so the comment “you could eat off our floors” really does apply!!!!

Our food is available from Tues to Sat 12.00 til 14.00 and 18.00 to 21.00 (Monday is the same, except we stop food at 20.30 because of the quiz) and we run a snack menu every day from open til close.

Do you like to play games? The Robin has a great selection in our games corner from Shove ha’penny, crib, lexicon, scrabble and many more including a darts board.

Into knowledge? Enjoy our range of reference books for that difficult crossword or just to prove you’re right about- well, everything!!!!

Sit by the open fire and borrow a book- or buy one (money to the local charity)- from our lending library or just chat with friends in a great atmosphere. Women can come in and feel safe on their own while waiting for friends or just for a drink and a chat on your way home.

Our experienced bar staff will make sure you are safe and sound at all times.
